Products that are not defective can be returned for refund or replacement, even if return the goods simply because of your personal reason instead of 8Seasons-related reasons, but must apply within 10 days from the arrival date of shipment. A: This is a process of electroplating. It is a green and environmentally friendly technology. The advantages are: 1) Uniform coating with high gloss, 2) Variety of colors to mimic different metal appearances, 3) Environmentally friendly with no harmful gas emission.

A: We will test products from different factories from time to time. If the test is passed, we will add REACH labels to make customers feel more assured. Products that are not labeled do not mean that they have not passed the test, but that they have not been tested yet. Because we have many products, if each one is tested, the cost will be higher.
